How to Use — 7-PC Set (Quick Guide)

Order of use

1. Cleanser (Black Rice Whip Cleanser) Massage on damp skin 20–30s, rinse.
   
2. Toner (Glow White Rice Toner) – Pat 1–2 layers until absorbed.
   
3. Serum (Glow White Rice Serum) – 1–2 pumps, press in.
   
4. Calcium Cream (Cemenrete Calcium Intense Cream) – Pea–almond size to face/neck.
   
5. Calcium Multi Balm (stick) – Tap a thin layer on dry areas/fine lines (optional).
   

Morning (AM) – Daily

Steps 1 → 5, then finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30+ (not in set).

Evening (PM) – Non-exfoliation nights

Steps 1 → 5 (no SPF).

Evening (PM) – Exfoliation nights (2–3×/week total, max 4× if skin tolerates)

1. Cleanser → 2) Light layer of Toner →
   
2. Peel Shot (choose ONE):
   • White Rice Exfoliating Ampoule or
   • Black Rice Exfoliating Ampoule
   Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin, massage gently, rinse off, pat dry.
   
3. Serum → 5) Calcium Cream → 6) (Optional) Multi Balm.
   

Weekly example

Mon: White Peel • Tue: Repair • Wed: Black Peel • Thu: Repair • Fri: White Peel • Sat: Repair • Sun: Repair.

Rules & tips

• Never use both Peel Shots on the same night.
  
• Skip other strong acids/retinoids on Peel-Shot nights.
  
• Patch test new products; reduce frequency if you feel irritation.
  
• Use SPF every morning, especially while exfoliating.
